Tatiana Prokayeva-Ross is a Management Development Consultant specialising in the psychology of management. Tatiana designs and delivers training in interpersonal communication, organisational behaviour and culture, leadership, and change management.
Tatiana also excells in providing bespoke one-to-one coaching for senior executives.
Before specialising in theses areas, Tatiana had a successful and varied career as a journalist at the BBC and Consultant on political and cultural issues to international financial institutions. She holds an MA in Linguistics and an MSc in Psychotherapy, both with Distinction. Based in London for the past 15 years, Tatiana maintains close links with her native country, Russia.
