Lesley Aitcheson, Director

Before setting up LJA in 2001 Lesley held a number of senior line management and operational roles in a range of well-respected organisations, including British Airways, Merrill Lynch, Ikea and Disney.  Lesley’s time at British Airways, responsible for executive education, and at Merrill Lynch as a senior Learning & Development Manager were particularly valuable for the insights she gained into what organisations really need when buying training.

Lesley's most recent clients include the Civil Aviation Authority, Imperial College London, Rok in Exeter, wallacespace, and Tristar Worldwide and she has also provided learning solutions for Opodo, British Telecom, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Victim Support, GAP UK, Wickes, the Cabinet Office and many others.

Lesley also provides business coaching for senior managers on a one-to-one basis, and can provide case studies on a number of recent success stories.

Lesley gained a BA in English Literature from London University and followed this a few years later with post-graduate study in International Business at Southbank University. In 2006 Lesley completed her MSc. in Psychodynamic Counselling from London University and now has a part-time private practice in Harley Street.
