Jane Rowland



 

Jane is a dynamic and engaging trainer with significant experience in both design and delivery.  Jane spent 17 years in British Airways where she gained first hand experience of leading and managing large groups of people before moving into learning and development roles specialising in Leadership & Customer Service.

Since 1995 Jane has worked with a range of clients across a variety of industries to help drive culture change and improve results. Jane is also a qualified and highly effective coach.
