‘RoK Stars’ – Developing emotional intelligence
ROK STARS was developed by LJA as a modular, tailored programme that fits the needs of every individual within the ROK Service Centre in Exeter, which we launched in March 2007. Sam Mickleburgh, Service Centre Leader commented:

To give of their best, people need to feel valued, motivated, inspired – we are looking to achieve this through an innovative, individually tailored training programme that helps people work towards achieving their full potential.
