Coaching

LJA coaches work in partnership with a client to improve their performance, build confidence and produce results in the areas specified by the client.

Coaching uses a one to one relationship to review the behaviour, style and impact of the client. The coach and the client work together to understand both effective and ineffective behaviours. The aim is to find the best solutions, tailor-made for the individual being coached and to unlock the resources and creativity already possessed by the client. The coach will also introduce new skills, hints and tips to achieve enhanced outcomes.

Coaching offers continuous professional and personal development, adding value to the company and the individual.

Introductory Meeting
A one hour introductory meeting is arranged to establish that both the client and coach can work together. The introductory meeting is also used to explore some of the areas the client wishes to work on.
