Everyone in our team has held a number of senior line management and operational roles in a range of well-respected organisations, and we believe this experience is particularly valuable for the insights we have gained into what organisations really need when buying training.
Our Director
Our director, Lesley Aitcheson, set up LJA in 2001 and combines learning and development expertise with solid business experience to build practical but creative solutions for our clients.
Our Consultants
We have built an experienced team of consultants specialising in change management, leadership and personal development. Each of our consultants has worked in a range of blue chip and prominant public sector organisations as senior managers and/or education specialists.
